S pring is here and our tourist season has already begun. Thank you for continuing to wow our visitors with the quality and variety of our home grown talent. There is always room for more and the more we have the more we can sell.

The Whistle Stop Winter Challenge project is proceeding apace. To date we have distributed 25 2’x2’ squares and some of you are very close to completing your projects already! Remember, we would like to have your completed work in by May 15th in order to display them before placing them along our art walk for our grand unveiling on Canada Day, July 1, 2006.

Text Box: To the Artists,
For all of you who filled in for me during a much needed break – my heart felt thanks. The two week sabbatical has left me rested and refreshed and ready to tackle the busy summer season. The Gallery looks great and is filled with wonderful things. The trains are running and our new signs should help bring people in off of the highway. The Whistle Stop Gallery is gaining quite a reputation for quality merchandise and friendly people. With the extra attention given to the town by the Hockeyville competition it is our opportunity to shine!
